Let's grow and Succeed Together

Once upon a time, a group of 50 people attended a seminar. Suddenly the invited speaker stopped and started giving each person a balloon.

Each one was asked to write his/her name on it using a marker. Then all the balloons were collected and put in another room.

Now these delegates were let in that room and asked to find the balloon which had their respective names written on within 5 minutes.

Everyone was frantically searching for their names, pushing and colliding with each other, and there was utter chaos. At the end of 5 minutes, no one could find their own balloons.

Now each one was asked to randomly collect a balloon and give it to the person whose name was written on it. Within minutes everyone had their own balloons.

The speaker began: "This is exactly what is happening in our lives. Everyone is frantically looking for happiness all over the place, not knowing where it is.

Our happiness lies in the happiness of other people. Helping them find their happiness and you will get your own happiness too.

And this is the purpose of human life.

Learn to put a smile on someone's face, and you will also smile in due course."

I had to share the above story to make you understand that when you're making others to succeed in life you're also successful. This is the power of team work.

It was for this reason that made Zig Zigler to state that, "You’ll always have everything in life that you want if you’ll help enough other people get what they want.”

My dear friend reading this, make conscious efforts to incorporate this concept into your daily life, I can assure you it will make a tremendous difference in your whole life.

I want to share a secret with you: Making others better is a boomerang. It in turns better you more.

Your help could be in form of giving extra money, saying a prayer, listening to them, giving good advice, or the right equipment, information and supplies they need to get ahead.

A verse in the Bible further buttress this point. It says, “Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do so. Do not say to your neighbor, 'Go, and come back, And tomorrow I will give it,' When you have it with you (Proverbs 3: 27-28 NKJV)."

You posses something in your possession that can bless someone. Maybe it’s a timely word, a much-needed piece of advice, a monetary gift to meet a need, or a simple thank you or appreciation for something well done.

Don't withhold your help. No matter how trivial. Let's grow and succeed together. It's much better we do, for it kills jealousy, strife and envy amongst us.

I hope you'd begin to extend a helping hand as from today?

Did I hear you say a YES?!

Oh! Thank you!

I love you more for making that decision.

Remain blessed.

YOU ARE ENOUGH! (How to stop comparing YOURSELF with anyone on SOCIAL MEDIA)

"Every minute you spend wishing you had  someone else's life is a minute spent wasting yours."
That very moment you left her/his social medal wall did you feel inadequate? Did you feel you deserve that same thing they have? Did you ask yourself, why not me? Did you feel like you're not enough? Did you feel less of yourself?
If your answer is yes to any of these, then you have a big problem. You're simply comparing your reality to their highlights.
It's not the best way to live, because that act of comparing yourself to what you see on social media is so counterproductive. It messes you up. It makes you feel anxious, troubled and disturbed. It puts unnecessary pressure on yourself to measure up. It breeds envy and it's a sure path to fall into depression.
My friend the only person you should compare yourself with is man or woman you were a day before. Not them(Social media friends), not anyone but who you are previously.
The thing is that life is a journey …

NEVER BEG FOR LOVE

NEVER BEG SOMEONE TO LOVE YOU
Don't ever let anyone make you think or feel that you can't live on without them.
Never give them that power over you, because when you do, they exploit it and treat you like trash.
Love is not something you need to beg someone for.
If He/She wants to bounce, then let them bounce!
See it as their own loss, not yours for losing someone wonderful and amazing like you!
If you know your true worth, you'll never beg anyone stay who no longer want to be part of your life anymore. In fact, it is a blessing in disguise. Their leaving will open doors to important and interesting people who know your value.
See, life is way too amazing and short to waste time with people who don’t treat you right or value your worth.
Yes, you might feel hurt and heartbroken when they go. Do not worry, you'll be fine and even get better in a short while. Stop every form of communication with them, the feeling will gradually phase out
Get yourself together and forge …
